How do you do a backwards somersault into the front splits?

Are you supposed to push yourself back into the splits after flipping over, or what? Can anyone guide me through it or post a youtube link, or something? Your help would be most appreciated!How do you do a backwards somersault into the front splits?
I couldn't find a video anywhere. I've never seen this done, to be honest, but this _might_ work.





Try doing a complete backward roll and landing with your weight only on the foot you want out front in the split. Keep your hands on the floor to hold your weight up, then slide down into the split pushing your back leg out behind you and your front leg out in front.





Please be careful trying this. As I said it's only a guess and I don't want you to get hurt.How do you do a backwards somersault into the front splits?
this might work.. i may not explain myself good but heres a try


first try doing a backwards pushups.


where you put your hands by your ears and then pull yourself up


*you have to have someone to help you if youre not good at it*


then bring your legs aroung and land then do your split.


hope that works





if not try doing a handstand land with your feet together and bend ur legs a little and then bring your self back,


but be careful because you can hurt yourself...
