What is the best way to help cure and stop split ends?

I do dye my hair regularly. I know brushing with certain brushes and high use of chemicals doesn't help, but I know there has got to be a way to help prevent it from becoming as bad even if you do these things. What is the best way to help cure and stop split ends?
Get a trim every 6-8 weeks, and for damaged hair use a moisturising conditioner.

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Colour, 拢4.88 at boots would be perfect for you.

You could also get a leave-in conditioner and spray it on your roots when dry to stop tangles and smooth the ends

A trim is the only way to Repair and prevent Split ends. They're is stuff that will disguise them, But it's not recommended, because it doesn't repair them, and since Split ends cause breakage. You'll get breakage. You can't stop them from becoming bad. To prevent them, Stop Using Chemicals, and heat, and stop brushing your hair. OR you can just do the easy way, and go in every 4-6 weeks, and get a trim.
condition your hair...try to use blow dryers/flat irons..and the hair dyes and chemicals..ect..(basically anything that can cause damage to your hair) as little as possible..but if you do use heat on your hair, use a heat protectant spray or cream.also, get a trim when you start to see split ends.hope i helped!
Always use heat protection.

Trim it regulary.

Don't brush it when wet, use a comb.
