How do you split up the price of a group shore house?

I am beginning the planning of a group house at the Jersey shore for a bunch of friends next summer but I don't know how to go about splitting up the costs. I've heard people talk about it- half- shares, whole-shares, weekenders, etc. but i don't know how to work it out. Thanks!How do you split up the price of a group shore house?
Hard question, but in general if every one is going to use it for the whole summer then an even split of the bills, but if some are going to use it then others you will need to break it down per week or weekends





Just remember the smaller the visits you are willing to share like weekenders the more work is ti for you to keep track of the expenses and collect also





Also what are you going to do about people bringing quest? going to allow it? where do they stay if people have paid for a room? also how much are the quest going to be charged?
