Need to do box splits but can't do them. Any tips on good stretches?

I've got to have box splits in my next grading beam routine but can't do them. I can do the other 2 splits but just not the box. Any tips on how i can get them? Stretches and exercises? Any help will be appreciated!Need to do box splits but can't do them. Any tips on good stretches?
1.It dosent take years to get the splits.If u strech 30 mins 2 a hour everyday ..ina couple of weeks u got them down





you can go to staceykemour.com and she sells secrets to flexiblity dvd for 25$ and it helped me also try yoga pilates(peh-lah-tees)yoga helps alo.





or do dance.heres wat i did it sounds wack tho.





put some pillows under me and go down as far as possible then hold as long as u can and watch tv,do your homework while listening to music.many choices to take your mind of.





the only time u shuldnt stretch is if ur sick,menstruating,injury,have no way


not cause u dont feel like it just do it


even if ur sore from streching the previous day do it ittll work the pain out and unless u limp while u walk dont strech wait a few days.





i dont know if u heard this but it helped me with middle splits





it also helps high jumps,toe touches





ok,face towards a bed an put ur hands on it flat and jump and split ur legs open notta herky a toetouch way like a middle split jumping

This may sound ridiculous but when your watching TV or reading a book sit in box splits as far as you can go.





Whilst your watching tv or reading, your mind is occupied so you dont notice the pull/strain.





Sitting like that means eventually you'll start slipping lower and lower and eventually it will be possible to do box splits. =)





Another thing you can do is every morning and evening try and do box splits about five times or more. (Again stretches)





Make sure you do plenty of straddles and butterfly stretches to make it easier to do the box splits.
