How to strengthen my hair and reduce split ends and my hair breaking?

I straighten my hair a lot, I usually use the heat defense stuff, but my hair still breaks easily and is very weak and has split ends and stuff, how can i make my hair thicker and stronger? I bought some V05 Hot oil treatment stuff, i dont know if that will help at all but what are some other things i could use or do?How to strengthen my hair and reduce split ends and my hair breaking?
I'd try the hot oil treatment....

But you're probably gonna want to also get a deep conditioning treatment that doesn't require heat....

Any drugstore has treatments available and I suggest something with protein...

Follow the instructions and maybe add a few (5-10) minutes to how long they tell you to leave it on!

Also, try to give your hair a rest from the blow dryer and straightener for AT LEAST one day a week...How to strengthen my hair and reduce split ends and my hair breaking?
Try some professional products. Paul Mitchell conditioning products are great. The shampoo and conditioner you use everyday makes a huge difference. You've got to use a professional product. Your hair has an acid PH and most product you get on the shelf at walmart, kmart etc. are very alkaline. All shampoos are somewhat alkaline because they don't work if they're not. But making products with cheap ingredients makes them have a higher alkaline PH. Paul Mitchell, Redken, and Matrix are my favorite salon products. They will help. Also get your hair trimmed every couple of months. If your ends are split they just continue to split up the hair strand until it's ruined. You've got to keep those cut off.
try molasses mix with a deep conditioner with a plastic bag, sit under a hoody for 15mins or leave in your hair under a plastic bag for 30-1hr.

trust me this works
hair rollers
Get garnier fructice. I straiten and blowdry my hair everyday %26amp; I don't have a problem %26amp; i use garnier! it works!
go buy this product called FOLLICURE. i think i spelled it right, but anyway they sell it at sallybeauty and i've tried it it works really well!
