Cheerwiz has great stretches for all of the different leg muscles.What are some specific stretches for getting your splits?
Just keep doing them everyday. You need to stay it them for awhile, like maybe 10-20 minutes each day. Don't do them more than once a day though because you could hurt yourself. And make sure your warmed up before you do them. I did this everyday, and I got them!!! GOOD LUCK!!!! I am a dancer.
