What is the fastest way to learn your dance splits?

So I just got back into dance after being out for awhile and I need to get back into my left and right dance splits! What is the fastest way to get back into them?What is the fastest way to learn your dance splits?
Stretch daily .. try out yoga as well for more flexibility. Make sure to stretch out the tops of your thighs as well as the back of your legs.





Kneel and put one leg out straight in front of you then slowly move forward while stretching the other leg back to your maximum to work your side splits.





Patience and daily stretching are key! Try to do a little both in the morning and at night instead of a whole lot all at one time.What is the fastest way to learn your dance splits?
Just make sure to exercise everyday to stretch out your legs. Slowly do the front split and bend to the front. Don't push it too hard, be conscious of your body's capability to stretch. (cause I happened to force my front split before and my knees was aching for the whole)
stretch by doin splits by touching ur nose 2 ur knee and go into it! thats how i learned!
